Sigma Chi Alums Host Fundraisers in Support of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society — And You’re Invited!
The three-man Sigma Chi alum team of Zack Kauffman ’21, Ethan Forrest ’21, and Matt Heid ’21 make up the Pursuit of Hoppiness team on a mission to raise $100,000 for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. To learn more about their story, you can read it here.

Crawl for Cancer!!!

Check in at Atlas Brew Works
“Be a part of Navy Yard’s first ever charity pub crawl! Tickets are only $25 and will give access to drink discounts at Atlas Brew Works, Bluejacket Brewing, and Solace Outpost from 2pm-5pm. Come to Atlas for check-in, and finish with a celebration on the Solace concourse.
Event proceeds will be donated to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in support of cancer research. Thus far, we’ve raised $28,000 and are well on our way to our $100,000 goal. Share this with your friends, family, co-workers, neighbors and tell them to go to pursuitofhoppiness.co”
Hoppy Huck Cornhole Tournament
October 16th, 2022

Hopkins Farm Brewery (3833 Rider Ln, Havre De Grace, MD 21078)
Pursuit of Hoppiness will be hosting a cornhole tournament in support of Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. The 64 – teamed, single elimination tournament boasts a $500 first place prize as well as additional prizes for 2nd and 3rd.
The entry fee is $80 per team. Everyone is welcome, so the event is free for those not participating in the tournament.
Outside of cornhole, event-goers can enjoy live music, cold beverages, multiple NFL football streams, professional sports silent auction, and a raffle. Here is the live music lineup:
12:00pm – 2:00pm Ben Rynes & Frank Assaro (Classic rock)
2:30pm-4:30pm Mandatory Leisure Group (alt/ indie rock)
5:00pm – 7:00pm Midnight Snowball Fight (alt/indie rock)
