A Letter Update from Roy White ’67

We recently received communications from Brother Roy White ’67 on where life has taken him since Maryland. Here is what he had to say:

Brother White here,

Peter Prinz 1964 my big brother. He told me he made a million dollar mistake, his first week at G.M. I just got in. I was the “Silent” Sig. Names I recognize Hon Stewy Hoyer 1963, Carl Coontz 1967, George Walls 1967, Thomas Ferry 1969, there were two Randal brothers; one tall one short. I was big brother to short Randal. I am a math whiz. SAT Math 800 (perfect score) English 565. Education as follows B.S. Civil Engin Jan1967 (did 4 yrs program in 3 1/2 years). Juris Doctor Law May 1973, passed the BAR exam on July 25th and 26th 1973 first try. Registered Profession Engineer #8997 Mb Nove 1973; certificate continuing Engineering studies 1979; B.S. Mech Engineering JHU May 1983; Master Science Structural Engineer at Univ. of MD College Park at night 1986. Published thesis The “Nondestructive Determination of the Delaminations in Concrete Bridge Decks” with Bilal Ayyub. Later, M.S. Engineer Management – job went south! No company incomplete! Everything went south in 1993! I am an “A” student. I am surviving! 75 years old. March 24, 1945!
