We are pleased to announce a formal mentor program linking our chapter leaders with Gamma Chi alums. We will match the career aspirations of our chapter leaders with Alumni whose professional backgrounds are a match.
The plan is to pilot the mentor program beginning the end of next month. We have 11 undergrads participating, and we hope to match them with 11 Alumni.
Thank you to our eight Alumni who have stepped forward so far to volunteer to be a Mentor for our participating chapter leaders.
We have three spots to fill: two Alumni with a background in business/data analytics, and one with a background as a software designer.
The expectation is that the mentees will schedule one or two calls per month with their mentor to discuss anything and everything that will prepare these 11 Brothers for launching their careers.
We are seeking Alumni with backgrounds in investment banking; wealth mgt; investing; analytics; management consulting; medical device sales; and general contracting/mechanical engineering.
