Annual Fund Update: $9.5k to go for Goal

On September 1, 2025, our new giving year officially began, which means we are now approaching the halfway point to the giving year’s end. Thanks to the unwavering support of our Brothers, we have raised $3,550.00 to date toward our 2025-2026 annual fund, putting us under $10,000 short of our $13,000 goal.

Though we have made great progress, we still have a long way to go.

Giving back to the annual fund is crucial to the success of our undergraduate chapter, and the long-term strength of Gamma Chi’s Alumni Brotherhood. Therefore, we humbly ask you to make your annual fund contribution today if you have not done so already this year.

Gifts made during the 2025–2026 giving year support both day-to-day operations and long-term goals, by supporting initiatives such as:

  • Ongoing care and improvement of our chapter house
  • Scholarships and financial assistance for brothers in need
  • Leadership development and our alumni mentorship program
  • Alumni communication and engagement efforts that strengthen our brotherhood

All of these efforts, powered by your support, allow us to ensure that Gamma Chi remains a place where undergraduates can grow as leaders, support one another academically and personally, and build the kind of lifelong connections that define the Sigma Chi experience. Your continued support allows the chapter not only to uphold its traditions, but also to adapt and plan responsibly for the future.

We are grateful to the Brothers who have already given during the current giving year. Your generosity reflects a shared commitment to strengthening our Brotherhood and the future of Sigma Chi at Maryland. If you have not yet had the opportunity to participate, there is still time to join them and be part of this year’s success.

The strength of Gamma Chi has always come from alumni who remain invested long after graduation. Your support today helps ensure that Sigma Chi continues to thrive for our future generations of Brothers, and that our alumni Brotherhood remains strong.
